Description
From the station of the chairlift you go up the wide road that heads towards the Alpe Burki, but before the ford on the Anza you continue on the right of the stream.
The trail then goes up a rocky slope with woods of laburnum and larch, to emerge on the panoramic saddle of Barbaluboden, full of flowers.
Continuing the steep ascent, leave the path to the bivouac Hinderbalmo to the right and you will arrive at the ravine of the stream fed by the Roffel glacier.
Shortly after, turn right, and go up bare pastures to a snowfield, followed by the final rocks that lead to the hut, located on a tiny terrace at 3029 meters.
